Holly is certified as an “Appellate Law Specialist” by the Ohio State Bar Association and concentrates her legal practice in the areas of appellate practice, insurance coverage, bad faith issues, employment litigation, and general liability issues. As a member of Reminger’s Appellate Practice Group, Holly has been instrumental in the prosecution of appeals in Ohio’s state and federal appellate courts and uses her analytical and advocacy skills to resolve legal problems for her clients in a wide variety of substantive areas. Her practice at Reminger also includes both federal and national insurance coverage litigation.
Holly is a member of various professional bar and trial lawyer associations including the Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations, Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute. She is a frequent speaker and author on appellate and insurance coverage issues.
