Rafael joined Reminger Co., L.P.A. in 2008 following a successful career as a civil litigation attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. Rafael's practice is concentrated in the areas of general casualty litigation; long term care litigation; oil, natural gas and utilities law; construction liability; and products liability. In 2006 and 2007, he was recognized by Boston Magazine and Law & Politics as a Rising Star. In 2011, Rafael earned distinction as an Ohio Rising Star, and in 2013 was recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer.
Rafael has authored numerous legal articles that have been published in periodicals such as The Standard, a New England insurance industry weekly, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Journal. He is a member of various professional bar associations including the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, where he sits on the Ethics & Professionalism Committee and the Judicial Election Monitoring Committee.
