Ms. Trimaccos practice focuses on the defense of professional liability, commercial, casualty, employment, and securities matters, with a particular emphasis on the defense of professional liability and catastrophic injury disputes. Ms. Trimacco graduated magna cum laude from Youngstown State University with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science in 2003. Ms. Trimacco earned her Juris Doctorate in May of 2007 from The University of Toledo School of Law, cum laude, where she served as a teaching assistant to Constitutional Law and Civil Procedure courses, was named to the Deans List, and was the recipient of The
Mahoning County Bar Association Scholarship. As a law student, Ms. Trimacco was a member of law review and served as Technical Editor for the University of Toledo Law Review. Ms. Trimaccos legal publications include an article entitled K.M. v. E.G., My Two Moms: California Courts Hold That a Child Can Have Two Natural Mothers, which was published in the Spring 2007 edition of The University of Toledo Law Review. Ms. Trimacco also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Gary Cook of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County and as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Michael Weipert of the Monroe
County Circuit Court.
Upon graduation from The University of Toledo College of Law, Ms. Trimacco joined another Cleveland law firm handling significant professional liability and casualty matters, including appellate work and litigation in multiple matters with large exposure. Ms. Trimacco has been included in Ohio Rising Star by Law and
Politics magazine.
Ms. Trimacco is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
