Adam is a partner in the Trust, Estate & Probate Litigation Section of Reminger Co., LPA. His attention is focused on the representation of heirs, beneficiaries, trustees, executors, guardians, and other family matters that challenge transfers of wealth and the estate planning documents and conduct beyond those transfers. His experience in pursuing and defending will contests, trust disputes, and challenges to fraudulent use of powers of attorney have garnered him a reputation for providing common sense approaches to resolution and the development and execution of straightforward effective litigation strategies.Adam's reputation has generated a large referral-based practice stemming from recommendations from opposing counsel.

Adam has been selected by his peers as an Ohio Rising Star (2005, 2009), an Ohio Super Lawyer (2012, 2013) and as a Best Lawyer in America. He has been invited to speak to many prestigious organizations on issues surrounding litigation strategies, pursuit and proof of undue influence and incompetence claims, and the ethical considerations that underlie an estate planning practice involving representation of the elderly. He has been invited to lecture to the American Academy of Forensic Psychiatrists and the Law focusing on the legal principles behind undue influence claims and the exploitation of the elderly. He has also lectured at the Pliskin Institute, Ohio's premier advanced estate planning institute. In addition, he frequently lectures to financial institutions, bar associations, as well as alumni of the Cleveland Marshall School of Law, where he has chaired the Elder Law Seminar for the past eight years.

Adam has committed himself to the education of the community regarding the phenomena of financial exploitation and elder abuse. He has been appointed to the board of the Consortium Against Adult Abuse, a five-county task force charge with developing plans and strategies and education to help the community prevent against financial abuse of the elderly. He was also appointed by the Cuyahoga County Probate Court of the Cuyahoga County Steering Committee created for the purpose of developing strategies to coordinate services among a wide spectrum of professionals in an effort to prevent at-risk adults from falling through the cracks.

Adam has also been appointed as a member of the Ohio State Bar Association Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Section Council. The Council concentrates its efforts on exploring the current state of the law relevant to estate, probate, and trust practitioners and their clients and developing, writing, and lobbying for legislation adn/or fixes to current statues as drafted by the committee.
