Vince focuses his practice primarily in the areas of employment law, professional liability, government/public entity liability, real estate/construction defects, products liability, commercial liability, and securities law. He also has experience in matters of general liability and insurance coverage. Vince has extended his practice to include estate planning, probate administration, trust administration and general business consulting.
Vince is admitted to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, in both state and federal courts. He is also admitted to practice in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of numerous professional bar associations in all three states of practice. Vince is a regular presenter at seminars for both legal and human resource professionals relating to employment law.
