Since joining Reminger Co., L.P.A. in April of 2002, Joe has practiced in an array of specialized areas including: employment practices, intentional tort, general liability, insurance coverage, appellate, legal malpractice, professional malpractice, financial services professional liability, Ohio Consumer Sales Practices law, and finance and creditors rights. Currently, Joe serves as the Co-Chair of Reminger's Employment and Labor Law Practice Group. Joe has litigated in several different Ohio forums including: state courts of common pleas, ten of the twelve Ohio Appellate Districts, the Ohio Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court and several arbitration forums while representing investment advisors, registered representatives, broker/dealers, automobile dealerships, and employers including the National Association of Securities Dealers, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the American Arbitration Association.
