Philip is a partner in our Toledo office. His diverse legal practice encompasses the specialties of general liability, commercial transportation, insurance coverage and workers' compensation defense. Phil has represented a variety of clients in state and Federal courts throughout Ohio and Michigan. He has also successfully argued cases before the Ohio Court of Claims and Ohio appellate courts. Phil represents the interests of both state fund and self insured employers in Ohio Workers' Compensation matters.
