Overview
Danielle practices with Reminger Co., LPA as Of Counsel, focusing her practice on the defense of business owners, employers and individuals facing general liability, professional negligence, and employment claims. Her practice areas include employment, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, and professional liability defense. She is also experienced in handling the defense of trucking liability, products liability, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and retail and hospitality matters.
Danielle represents clients at all levels of litigation and appeal in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations. She leverages her attention to detail in the myriad services she provides her clients, including the conducting of depositions and the crafting of persuasive briefs.
Danielle serves as a Visiting Professor at Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where she teaches Legal Writing and Legal Methods. She also coordinates the Trial Advocacy and Moot Court Teams.
Representative Experience
Obtained summary judgment as to professional negligence claims against insurance agent.
Represented numerous medical providers and long-term care facilities in state and federal court as well as in arbitration, successfully defending providers, facilities and administrators against claims of negligence, constitutional violations, and Residents Rights violations. Also successfully compelled arbitration of litigation actions against numerous long term care facilities and their administrators.
Represented numerous insurance agents against claims of negligent procurement of insurance.
Represented numerous employers in state and federal court as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against claims of discrimination, retaliatory discharge, and alleged violations of Title VII and KRS Chapter 344.

Summary judgment in favor of employer against claims for racial discrimination in violation of the Kentucky Civil Rights Act, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and Breach of Implied Contract/Detrimental Reliance. Defendant secured summary judgment on the grounds that the record is devoid of any evidence establishing discriminatory intent and that there existed ample legitimate, non-discriminatory reasons for the termination of Plaintiff’s employment.
