Overview
David is a shareholder in Reminger Co. LPA’s Cleveland office. He has spent over two decades focusing his practice on the defense of medical negligence claims involving global insurance carriers, medical professionals, nursing homes, pharmacists, and hospitals. He utilizes his unique background in biology to represent his health care clientele, which includes internal medicine physicians, vascular surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, radiologists, obstetricians, transplant surgeons, infectious disease physicians, and cardiothoracic surgeons.
David has defended cases in numerous jurisdictions including Ohio, Pennsylvania, California, Illinois, and Kentucky, and regularly represents clients in both state and federal courts. In addition to medical malpractice, David has extensive experience in the defense of claims involving product liability, premises liability, and general liability.
Prior to pursuing his legal career, David served as a faculty member of Ursuline College, teaching Microbiology, Anatomy and Physiology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Zoology, and General Biology. While pursuing his master's degree, he performed research using molecular biology techniques on the anti-cancer drug Cisplatin in bacterial vectors.
