Overview
Jess focuses her practice primarily on defending self-insured and state funded employers at administrative hearings at the Ohio Industrial Commission and in court. She also defends healthcare providers and entities in medical malpractice and long-term care cases. Her practice encompasses all areas of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial.
