Overview

Richard Rymond joined Reminger Co., L.P.A. in 1980 as a law clerk, while attending Case Western Reserve University Law School. As of 2023, Rick serves as of counsel with the firm and continues to advise clients on various issues.

With over 100 first chair jury trials under his belt, Rick has devoted substantial effort to advising businesses and healthcare professionals on a wide variety of issues. He has extensive experience in medical and dental malpractice liability, commercial liability, professional liability, general liability, and product liability defense litigation. Moreover, he has an undergraduate degree in economics, and worked with a major accounting firm before joining Reminger as an attorney.

Rick has shared his extensive experience as a featured speaker at risk management programs for physicians, dentists, and hospital personnel, and serves as an Assistant Professor at the Case School of Dentistry. 

Rick has served as a member of the Firm's Executive Committee, Management Committee, and as Vice President and Secretary of the corporation. Additionally, Rick played a significant role in establishing the Reminger Foundation, a 501(C)(3) charity that supports worthwhile causes in the communities where Reminger employees and clients live and work.
