Overview
Victoria is an associate in Reminger Co. LPA’s Cleveland and Akron offices. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice defense and long-term care liability. Since joining Reminger as a law clerk in 2022, Victoria has gained experience in all aspects of litigation.
Victoria graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where served as the Editor-in-Chief of Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine. She is the recipient of the Gerber Health Law Fellowship and the 2023 Richard A. and Brandon S. Collier Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Law-Medicine Curriculum.
Before attending law school, Victoria graduated with honors from King’s College London where she received a Master of Arts in Medical Ethics and Law. Her dissertation, “Religion, Consent, and Relational Autonomy in Pediatric Medicine,” evaluated the intersection of informed consent laws and the European Convention on Human Rights through a relational framework.
