Andrew Dorman and Jonathan Krol of Reminger Co., LPA will give an overview of ways to establish comparative negligence as a defense to legal malpractice claims that arise out of underlying litigation or transactional lawsuits. Our presentation also covers the defense of intervening/superseding negligence.

PLAN applies for  Continuing Legal Education Credit in multiple states. Until a course is approved by a particular state, we can not guarantee credit. You must be present during the entirety of the live session to receive Continuing Education credit. Continuing Legal Education credit will be based on the total amount of time attended. Late arrival or early departure may jeopardize the amount of credit you receive but will not preclude entrance into sessions.
