Nathan Lennon presented a CLE session through the National Business Institute entitled “Balancing the Scales: Gender Diversity in the Law.” This virtual seminar was directed toward hiring committees and law firm management in order to promote greater gender diversity in hiring and retention in the legal field.
Nathan's session reviewed the current gender balance in the legal field, acknowledging biases, and strategies law firms can use to close the gender gap.
