Chad Willits presented “Effectively Supporting Employees Through COVID-19 Related Mental Health Challenges” at an HR workshop sponsored by the SHRM affiliate Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association. Chad discussed navigating the challenges of the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act, recent guidance from the EEOC, and strategies to lawfully explore mental health related disabilities and reasonable accommodations in the current pandemic.
