Kevin will present “General Discussion about the Law and Procedure of Discovery”, a discussion will focus on the following: tools of written discovery; use of objections in written discovery and depositions; use and preparation of a Privilege Log; when to use a Protective Order; strategies for redaction of your client’s document production; strategies for challenging documents withheld under privilege.
Joe will present “Winning” the Mediation” focusing on tips for preparing for the mediation, preparing your mediation position statement, and discussing strategies for negotiating the settlement of the case.
