Chad Willits presented at the 2022 Employment Law Year In Review sponsored by the SHRM-affiliate Cincy-SHRM. Chad and two attorneys from other local firms conducted a panel discussion on a number of topics, including the new Department of Labor Rule governing Independent Contractors, the EEOC’s recent $8 Million settlement with Circle K, and its lessons for handling disability accommodations and medical leave, various state law limitations on non-competition agreements, and Sixth Circuit case law updates.
