Jess Forrest delivered a one-hour presentation on Ohio Probate Legislative Updates for the Tri-County Estate Planning Council. The Estate Planning Council is organized through Park National Bank and has about 40 members, including estate planning attorneys, CPAs, investment advisors, insurance professionals, trust officers, and elder-law specialists. Jessica’s presentation covered Ohio’s law changes that went into effect last year as well as a look at some possible upcoming changes in probate law. She also reviewed some recent and relevant cases and offered some sample forms.
