Lyndsay Ignasiak presented “Employment Law Updates” at the Indiana Society of Healthcare Risk Management's Spring Conference. She reviewed new regulations regarding the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act; recent EEOC statistics, goals, and trends; and how best to manage risk in light of the renewed focus on harassment/hostile work environment claims.
