Reminger’s Probate, Trust, and Estate Litigation group is pleased to once again participate in the Marvin R. Pliskin Advanced Probate and Estate Planning Institute hosted by the Ohio State Bar Association. Jessica Forrest and Paul Shugar served as members of this year’s planning committee.
Jessica Forrest will present "Ohio Statute, Rules and Case Law Update" recent (and upcoming!) legislative changes affecting estate planning, trusts, probate and related areas of law.
Paul Shugar will moderate the Probate Litigation Avoidance Panel Discussion. The panel will examine this trend with insights from litigators, estate planners and the probate bench to provide attendees with takeaways and best practices to help clients and their families proactively avoid, or resolve, costly controversies after death.
