Columbus, OH – Reminger Co., LPA is pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Nicholas Bobb, Daniel Hyzak and Keona Padgett to our Columbus office.
Nicholas deals in matters involving commercial and corporate litigation, professional liability, oil and gas leases, as well as estate and business planning. Nicholas earned his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School, magna cum laude, where he received several honors for his high academic achievement. Before attending law school Nicholas spent seven years as a financial planner offering financial advice and services to individual, corporate, and non-profit clients.
Dan focuses his legal practice on a wide variety of areas including business and commercial litigation as well as matters involving oil and natural gas, land use and energy.
Earlier in his career, Dan worked as a trial paralegal for a law firm handling toxic tort litigation. He received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Notre Dame, cum laude, then worked for an oil and gas brokerage firm, where he handled a multitude of matters including lease and royalties negotiation and title work.
Keona focuses on a variety of practice areas, including medical malpractice, employment litigation, governmental liability, and general casualty. While at Capital University Law School, from where she graduated magna cum laude, Keona served on the Law Review Executive Board and as a Legal Intern in the law school’s Legal Clinic. She also competed as a member of the Capital University Law School Mock Trial team, which won second place at the regional competition in Cleveland. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from American University.
