Columbus, OH – Reminger Co., LPA attorney Kevin Foley will be one of the featured speakers at the 2013 Annual Conference of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). The Annual Conference will be held from April 10 to 12 in San Antonio. Kevin will speak on the topic “Litigation Management-Matchmaking 101: Introducing Associates to Clients and Getting them on Approved Counsel List.”
Kevin practices in Reminger’s Columbus Office. He joined Reminger after clerking with Ohio Supreme Court Justice Herbert Brown. Kevin's practice focuses on trucking liability, premises liability and general insurance.
He is admitted to practice, and has successfully argued cases, in the United States District Court for the State of Ohio, Northern and Southern Divisions, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He frequently lectures on trucking and other insurance issues. He is a member of numerous trucking organizations and subcommittees including DRI, CLM, TIDA, Transportation Lawyers Association, the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
Kevin is also an Adjunct Professor in Trial Advocacy at Capital University Law School and is a member of the Ohio Supreme Court Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring Program.
