Brittany Asmus
Brittany dedicates her practice to civil defense matters including employment practices, professional liability, workers compensation, general casualty/excess surplus lines, long-term care liability, trucking and commercial transportation, and commercial litigation. Brittany has extensive experience in both state and federal courts, including the appellate level. She also represents clients before administrative agencies, such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
David R. Hudson
David serves as the managing partner of the firm’s Toledo office. His national practice focuses on civil defense litigation with particular experience in the defense of trucking and transportation claims, professional liability matters, employment practices liability issues, and directors and officers liability claims.
Taylor Knight
Taylor focuses her legal practice in various areas, including medical malpractice, professional liability, workers’ compensation, and D&O and employment practices.
