Sunshine focuses her practice on employment litigation as well as general litigation matters. With experience in both state and federal courts and before the administrative agencies, Sunshine counsels her clients to effectively navigate employment-related litigation. Sunshine partners with her clients to create, implement, and manage compliant HR strategies including staffing, employee relations, handbook and policy development and implementation, and benefits.
Prior to joining Reminger, Sunshine practiced employment law at various firms across Pennsylvania. She also served as a law clerk to The Honorable John R. Walker of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Sunshine earned her Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.
