CLEVELAND, OH– Reminger Co., LPA is proud to announce that Brian Nally has been named Chair of the Ohio State Bar Association's (OSBA) Securities Regulation Subcommittee.
OSBA's Securities Regulation Subcommittee is a part of their Corporation Law Committee, which is concerned with legal matters related to corporate formation, management, and dissolution including mergers and acquisitions. The committee proposes, reviews, and comments on state laws and regulations.
Brian is the Chair of the firm’s Business/Commercial Litigation and E-Discovery groups and Leader of the firm's Securities/Financial Services group. His work focuses on representing clients in state and federal court litigation, FINRA/AAA arbitration proceedings, and defending clients in regulatory investigations/enforcement actions brought by the SEC, FINRA, state departments of insurance/securities, and professional boards.
He is also a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), serving as the Vice-Chair of the FDCC’s Professional Liability and Commercial Litigation groups, has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine, is rated “AV Preeminent” for “Very Highly Rated in Both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards” by Martindale Hubbell Peer Review, and has been selected as one of America's Top 100 Bet-the-Company Litigators® for Ohio in 2021 in Business Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Securities Litigation.
