CLEVELAND, OH– Brian Nally has accepted an invitation to join the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.
Brian serves as chair of Reminger’s Business & Commercial Litigation and eDiscovery Practice groups and is Vice-Chair of the firm’s Securities/Financial Services Litigation group. His national litigation practice focuses on securities/financial services litigation and arbitration, business and commercial litigation, and directors and officers liability litigation, which involves representation of clients in federal and state court and in FINRA/AAA arbitration proceedings.
In addition to the IADC, Brian is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, serving as chair of the association’s Securities Regulation Subcommittee; Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, serving as vice chair for Professional Liability and Commercial Litigation, and as membership state representative for Ohio; and as an associate board member of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission.
