Alexandria M. Balduff
Practicing in Reminger's Sandusky office, Alex focuses her legal practice in various areas, including medical malpractice, professional liability, trucking and commercial transportation, and retail and entertainment facilities practices. Her practice encompasses all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trial, and appeal.
Zachary R. Durant
Based in Reminger's Cleveland office, Zach focuses his litigation practice on professional liability defense, securities litigation and arbitration, and business and commercial litigation. Zach graduated cum laude from The University of Akron School of Law in 2018, where he competed as a member of the Akron School of Law Moot Court Team.
Thomas Spyker
Thomas' practice focuses on governmental/public entity liability, employment litigation, appellate advocacy, as well as a broad range of pre-suit investigative work and general litigation matters. Thomas advocates for his clients at every phase of litigation, with a proven track record at trial and on appeal. He has successfully tried cases throughout the state and prevailed on appeal, presenting complex arguments at every level, including the Ohio Supreme Court, the U.S. Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meredith Turner-Woolley
Meredith practices in Reminger’s Dayton Office. She has a diverse background in civil litigation, including the defense of medical malpractice and personal injury matters. Her background in crisis intervention, psychology, and sociology provides her with insight into the stress faced by patient care professionals and patients alike, offering her a unique advantage in defending these challenging cases. Meredith prioritizes the development of strong attorney-client relationships based on trust and responsive communication.
