The mission of the Estate Planning and Trust Practice Group is to enhance the substantive legal and practical knowledge and the collegiality of the Franklin County estate planning bar. Shana's term will run from September 2024 to June 2026.
As an associate attorney in Reminger’s Columbus office, Shana focuses on probate estate and trust disputes, matters of undue influence and financial exploitation, and guardianships. She counsels clients through all phases of the probate litigation process, including pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, motions practice, alternative dispute resolution, hearings, and trials.
