Julian T. Emerson
Julian practices in Reminger’s Cleveland office, where he specializes in the areas of general casualty, professional liability, construction liability, and employment. He has experience in all levels of various courts throughout Ohio, including small claims, municipal, common pleas, federal and appellate courts. He also possesses skills handling all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trial preparation and trial. Julian originally joined our firm as a law clerk in 2010.
Julian serves as an Adjunct Professor for Cleveland-Marshall College of Law's Mock Trial Team, coaching second and third year law students in trial advocacy. He is a member of various professional associations, including The Ohio State Bar Association, The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Norman S. Minor Bar Association. Julian also serves as one of Reminger’s representatives for the Cleveland Legal Aid Society’s “Partners in Justice” initiative, and as the Assistant Secretary for the William K. Thomas Inn of Court.

Christine A. Gilliam
Christine practices in Reminger's Louisville office, where she focuses her legal practice on professional liability, general casualty, nursing home and medical malpractice defense, premises liability, and retail and hospitality defense.
She graduated magna cum laude from Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where she held the Research Editor position on the Law Review's Editorial Board. Christine is a member of professional organizations including the Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association. She previously served on the executive board of Scarlet Hope, Inc. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Kentucky Super Lawyers Magazine from 2015 through 2017.

Jonathan Krol
Jonathan began working at Reminger as a law clerk in 2009, and since that time has worked with a wide range of practice groups. He focuses his practice in the areas of employment and labor law, directors and officers liability, professional liability, and general liability, and in addition to state and federal court proceedings, he has experience representing clients in various administrative contexts.
Jonathan is a member of professional organizations including the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine in 2016 and 2017. During law school, Jonathan served as a member of the Cleveland State Law Review (Publications Editor) and was nominated Outstanding Editor of the Year (2011). During his law school career, he earned various distinctions and honors, including the Sidney A. Levine Award for Best Paper in a Legal Writing Course (2010) and the Faculty Award for Highest Academic Grade Average, Class of 2011.

Michael M. Mahon
Michael practices in Reminger's Cincinnati office, where he focuses his legal practice in the areas of long term care, professional liability, trucking/commercial transportation, products liability, appellate advocacy, employment, general casualty, and intellectual property.
He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine in 2017. Michael is a member of professional organizations including the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association. He graduated magna cum laude from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Law Review and a member of both the Moot Court Board and National Trial Team. Currently, he serves as an adjunct instructor with the national trial advocacy team and as an adjunct professor of law in the areas of legal writing and appellate advocacy for the Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

Allison M. McMeechan
For the last 11 years, Allison has focused her practice on elder and special needs law, including estate and long-term care planning, estate and trust administration, probate and guardianships. She joined Reminger in 2015.
Allison has published articles and has spoken in the areas of probate, estate planning, government benefits, and special needs trusts. Her audiences include individuals, bar associations, non-profit organizations, and other professional organizations.
Allison is an Accredited Attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys National and Ohio Chapters, the Ohio State Bar Association's Estate, Trust & Probate Law Section, and Elder & Special Needs Law Committee, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Law Section. Allison is also a member of the Board of the Consortium Against Adult Abuse (C3A), the chair of the C3A's Education Committee, Hospice of the Western Reserve's Advisory Committee, the Board of Directors of the Cleveland-Akron Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the Board of Directors for Breckenridge Village, and the Board of Directors of Milestones Autism Resources.
Allison has been recognized as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine in 2017. She also has been honored as a member of the 2016 “Forty under 40” class by Crain’s Cleveland Business.
Allison received her B.A. degree with a major in Criminal Justice Studies from the University of Dayton in 1999 and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2004.

Joseph T. Palcko
Joseph practices in Reminger’s Cleveland office, where he focuses his legal practice on medical malpractice, healthcare law, long-term care, trucking and commercial transportation and general liability. Joseph has successfully defended clients during Ohio State Medical Board investigations, arbitrations, and trials. He has also obtained favorable results at mediation and through summary judgment motions.
Graduating cum laude from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2011, Joseph competed as a member of Cleveland Marshall's Appellate Moot Court Team. As an attorney, he has given presentations on a wide range of topics—including how to effectively deal with Medicare liens in litigation, Nursing documentation in medical records, and political subdivision immunity. Joseph is currently a member of CACTA and serves on the Board for The Waiting Child Fund.

Jade A. Stewart
Jade practices in Reminger’s Cincinnati and Fort Mitchell offices. She has both trial and appellate experience in various areas of civil litigation in Kentucky and Ohio. She has also represented employers throughout the multiple levels of the workers’ compensation system.
Jade was one of three counsel to receive the 2014 OARS award from Westfield Insurance Company, in recognition for her efforts at resolving cases in a cost-effective and creative manner. Additionally, in 2016, Jade was awarded a Golden Gavel award by Westfield Insurance Company, in recognition for her handling of a complex litigation file.
Jade has been recognized as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine from 2013 through 2017. She is a member of professional organizations including the Kentucky Bar Association, the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Foundation and the Ohio Hospital Association. Before joining the firm, Jade externed with the Honorable Judge Mark P. Painter. She also worked at another Cincinnati law firm that specialized in personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, and intentional tort cases. For the first seven years of her law practice, Jade was at another regional law firm, at which she specialized in malpractice and civil litigation defense.
