Brandon has defended trucking companies and aircraft manufacturers in cases arising from catastrophic accidents involving multiple fatalities. He also has significant experience representing both residential and commercial builders from construction defect claims. Additionally, he’s assisted international companies facing major litigation in the United States and worked with publicly traded companies handling their commercial litigation needs.
Brandon graduated from Capital University Law School, cum laude, in 2008. He is honored to have been chosen as the President of the Capital University Alumni Association and looks forward to serving his alma mater.
