CLEVELAND, OH –Reminger Co., LPA recently elevated six attorneys to shareholder status: Timothy J. Gallagher, Nathan A. Lennon, Keona R. Padgett, Paul R. Shugar, Samantha Steelman, and Trevor Wells.
Tim practices out of Reminger Co., LPA's Cleveland office. Tim focuses his practice on legal matters involving probate, guardianship, trust, and estate administration. Tim represents trustees and executors of estates, creating flexible plans to meet their needs. Tim's experience in the area of probate and trust administration includes the drafting of estate plans for both individuals and families and assisting them through the probate process. He also advises institutions on a variety of trust administration issues.
Tim is also a member of the firm’s probate litigation practice group. In this capacity, he leverages his jury trial experience to provide representation in probate and trust disputes involving will contests, charges of undue influence, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and other potential issues that can complicate the settling of an estate.

Paul has statewide experience involving an array of million-dollar estate, trust, and guardianship issues such as undue influence, power of attorney abuse, and financial exploitation. An award-winning journalist who worked at daily newspapers around the country before becoming a lawyer, Paul employs the writing and investigation skills he developed as a reporter to maximize results in litigation.
Paul regularly lectures on estate and trust administration and litigation topics across the state of Ohio. He is an officer for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Law Section.

Samantha practices out of Reminger Co., LPA's Fort Mitchell office. Over the course of the past 20 years, she has practiced primarily in the areas of workers' compensation and domestic relations. Samantha leverages her extensive background in organizational leadership and administrative oversight in her capacity as a litigator.
Prior to being in active practice, Samantha worked in government relations and association management. Some of her responsibilities included overseeing the daily operations, creating and managing human resources policies and data technology efforts for a multi-organization management firm, and organizational restructuring for the non-profit sector.

Trevor practices out of Reminger Co., LPA's Northwest Indiana Office. He maintains a diverse civil trial court and appellate litigation practice, focused on tort liability and complex commercial disputes.
Over the past two decades, Trevor has also handled legal matters spanning from transactional real estate to appeals, and has represented clients in civil, criminal, bankruptcy, and domestic relations litigation. In previous positions, including five years as a state Supreme Court Law Clerk and twelve years in private practice in a firm that he co-founded, Trevor gained extensive litigation experience in both trial and appellate courts while sitting first chair in more than fifty jury trials and briefing and orally arguing dozens of appeals in state and federal courts.
Trevor also represents clients out of our office in Lexington, Kentucky, where he was born and raised, attended college and law school, and practiced law for the first fifteen years of his career.
Additionally, Trevor received the Minister of Justice Award by the Kentucky Department of Advocacy in 2015.
