CLEVELAND, OH– Reminger Co., LPA is proud to announce that Brian Nally has been appointed to the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission (GCSC) Associate Board.
As a member of the associate board, Brian will assist GCSC in fulfilling its mission to measurably improve the economy of Greater Cleveland and enrich the community by attracting, creating, managing, and enhancing significant sporting and competitive events. Since its founding in 2000, GCSC has been responsible for attracting over 200 sporting events which provided over $780 million in economic activity to Northeast Ohio.
Brian is the Chair of the firm’s Business/Commercial Litigation and E-Discovery groups and Leader of the firm's Securities/Financial Services group. His work focuses on representing clients in state and federal court litigation, FINRA/AAA arbitration proceedings, and defending clients in regulatory investigations/enforcement actions brought by the SEC, FINRA, state departments of insurance/securities, and professional boards.
He is also a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), serving as the Vice-Chair of the FDCC’s Professional Liability and Commercial Litigation groups, has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine, is rated “AV Preeminent” for “Very Highly Rated in Both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards” by Martindale Hubbell Peer Review, and has been selected as one of America's Top 100 Bet-the-Company Litigators® for Ohio in 2021 in Business Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Securities Litigation.
