Alex will serve as the Managing Partner of our Evansville office. He focuses on defense litigation matters involving general liability, worker's compensation, governmental/public entity liability, insurance/bad faith liability, premises liability, and probate. - Lyndsay Ignasiak – Northwest Indiana
Lyndsay will serve as Managing Partner of our Northwest Indiana office. She focuses on litigation of employment matters, professional liability, retail and hospitality, insurance coverage disputes, commercial transportation, and general commercial liability. - Acacia Perko – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Acacia Perko will serve as Managing Partner of our Pittsburgh office. Acacia devotes her legal career to representing health care professionals and institutions. She has extensive experience in complex medical malpractice and long-term care matters. - Anthony Pernice – Lexington, Kentucky
Anthony will serve as Managing Partner of our Lexington office. He represents corporations and individuals in litigation matters including premises liability, construction negligence, and commercial trucking.
