Mary focuses her legal practice primarily on trusts and will contests, financial exploitation, fraud and undue influence, probate administration, and estate planning.
Mary graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton School of law. During law school, Mary served as the Business Editor on the University of Dayton Law Review, and as the Research Assistant to the Articles Editor of the American Business Law Journal. She was also a Dean’s Fellow and worked with the Law School’s Academic Success department to assist students in development of effective strategies for academic success.
