CLEVELAND, OH – Reminger Co., LPA recently elevated four attorneys to shareholder status: Jessica Forrest, Houston Hum, Anthony Pernice, and Katie Zorc.
Jessica practices in our Cleveland office. She focuses her practice on matters involving probate litigation, trust disputes, estate administration, and estate planning. Jessica worked previously at a small general practice firm in Akron, Ohio, in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, real estate, general civil litigation, small business law, and personal injury matters.
Jessica serves her local legal community as a volunteer trial team coach for Akron Law, a volunteer instructor at Akron Law's Summer Trial Academy, and past Chairperson of the Akron Bar Association's Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law Section. She is a Trustee and Treasurer for Highland Square Neighborhood Association, a 501(c)(3) group. She also volunteers as a speech and debate coach and judge for her alma mater, Our Lady of the Elms High School, where she serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees.

Houston practices in our Indianapolis office where he defends clients in federal and state court litigation. He is experienced in investigating trucking and other accidents and defending lawsuits involving personal injury/wrongful death and premises liability. Houston also defends clients against allegations of construction defects, mold/toxic substances exposure, accounting and legal malpractice, and products liability. Houston also advises clients on insurance coverage questions, commercial contracts, and employment matters.
Houston is a 2007 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and recipient of the Tara K. Deutsch Award, "awarded to the accounting senior who has shown exemplary social consciousness and devotion to efforts to give hope to the less fortunate."

Anthony practices in Reminger’s Lexington office, where he represents corporations and individuals in litigation matters including premises liability, construction negligence, and commercial trucking. Anthony previously worked at a regional insurance litigation defense firm, practicing at both the trial and appellate level.
Anthony began his career in the financial industry as an advisor, equity analyst, and financial institutions examiner before pursuing the field of law. He leverages his analytical skills garnered from his experience in the financial industry in crafting strategic representation for his clients.

Katie practices in our Cleveland office. She focuses her practice on Employment Law and Professional Liability. She also has experience defending providers from Medical Malpractice. Katie has experience handling all aspects of litigation through trial in courts throughout the state of Ohio, in federal court, and in private arbitration.
Katie is a proud alumna of The Ohio State University and of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, she served as Captain of the Trial Advocacy Team and as Research Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review. Since graduation, she has returned to serve as Adjunct Professor for Cleveland-Marshall College of Law’s Mock Trial Team.
