Joseph Borchelt and Ian Mitchell reviewed the long and winding saga of the Federal Trade Commission’s Rule prohibiting the use of noncompetition agreements in employment. They examined the status of current legal challenges to the FTC Rule and offered their insights into the prospect for the continued use of noncompetition agreements in the workplace.
