Reminger Obtains Defense Verdict in Favor of Home Health Nurse and Hospital

In a medical malpractice claim, Reminger attorneys Erin Hess and Danny Egger obtained a defense verdict for their home health nurse and hospital clients.

Plaintiffs claimed that our client was negligent during a suprapubic catheter change which allegedly led to a bowel perforation and the need for surgery including colostomy and hospital stay. After a week and a half of trial, the jury returned a defense verdict on negligence in favor of our clients.
