Reminger attorneys Erin Hess and Brianna Prislipsky secured a defense verdict for an OB/GYN in a case involving multiple claims of medical negligence, lack of informed consent, battery, and punitive damages. The claims stemmed from a 2020 hysterectomy. Plaintiffs requested $1.3 million in damages from the jury.
