Susan Blasik-Miller and Meredith Turner-Woolley secured a unanimous defense verdict in a medical malpractice wrongful death case in Pickaway County. The case involved a decedent who presented to the emergency department with chest pain and was treated by our client, an emergency medicine physician.

Our client addressed the decedent’s cardiac complaints and arranged for their transfer to a facility with a catheterization lab. The patient passed away shortly after the transfer.
