Overview

Daniel is an associate in the Dayton office of Reminger Co., LPA. Prior to law school, Daniel served as an intelligence officer in the United States Air Force, supporting both strategic decisionmakers and tactical operators before retiring at the rank of Captain.

After graduating cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law, he clerked at the High Court in the U.S. territory of American Samoa, where he dealt with both trial and appellate cases on a wide range of legal subjects. Immediately prior to joining Reminger, Daniel served as term clerk to the Honorable Walter H. Rice at the Dayton seat of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Ohio.
