Overview
Jim is the Co-Chair of the Firm's Corporate Practice Group. He dedicates his practice to counseling business clients on all aspects of their operations, governance and business planning. He has a wealth of experience in the areas of: entity selection and creation, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit/ tax exempt organizations, health care law, real estate law and closely held corporations. He is experienced with financing, tax planning, and debtor-creditor matters.
Jim is an active member of the community and volunteers on several local non-profit boards. Jim currently serves as a director on the board of Providence Care Centers.
