Overview

Jim is the Co-Chair of the firm's Trucking and Commercial Transportation Practice Group. Jim specializes in the defense of truck companies and their insurers in matters both routine and catastrophic. He has tried over 100 cases throughout the State of Ohio, as well as in the Federal District courts. Jim has also appeared before the Ohio Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

In addition to his extensive litigation and trial experience, Jim has performed hundreds of 'on-scene' accident investigations and is in charge of the firm’s 24-hour emergency response team. He is a featured speaker to peer and industry groups on topics related to transportation litigation.
