Overview
Reminger attorneys are distinctively prepared to help you manage national-scale multi-party mass tort litigation involving products and substances such as asbestos, silica, cannabis/THC, artificial flavorings and fragrances, welding rods, formaldehyde, lead, mold, and industrial chemicals. Our attorneys combine their comprehensive trial experience and national reach to provide consistent, efficient service as national coordinating counsel to a wide variety of clients.
We are regularly called upon to consult with and represent companies with proactive environmental policies seeking to reconcile the various problems which can and do arise under the complex regulatory schemes such as CERCLA and RCRA.
Our Service
Our Group distinguishes itself from our competition in four basic ways:
- Dedicated Client Service. Our attorneys are involved with trends in mass tort and environmental litigation that develop on a national scale. We utilize this knowledge locally and regularly consult with our clients to determine and effectuate long-term solutions to mass tort/environmental problems.
- Philosophy of Practice. Our fundamental objective in all the legal services we provide is to provide outstanding client service in the most efficient manner possible.
- Value. Our firm is a pioneer in alternative fee arrangements as oftentimes traditional hourly rate billing is not appropriate for mass tort litigation. Although we use hourly rates when necessary, we frequently have partnered with our clients to implement case specific fee arrangements that do not reward time spent in lieu of obtaining cost-effective results.
- Value-Added Components. Our team approach to the handling of mass tort and environmental litigation enables us to bring many economies of scale to the handling of these cases without sacrificing the quality of legal service demanded by our clients. Also, our attorneys are actively involved in many local and national associations which gives us ready access to experts, data bases, and other services of information that are helpful to resolving cases on a 'global' basis.
